What each part is doing
“You have won”
You cannot win a draw you never entered.
“Rs 25,00,000”
The size of the figure is doing the persuading. That is what makes it a signal in itself.
“transfer Rs 5000”
A genuine prize never costs money to release. The fee is the entire scam.
What happens if someone acts on it
The first fee is followed by a second, for tax, then a third, for clearance, for as long as you keep paying.
