What is built

• The verdict is never colour alone. Every result carries a colour, an icon and a word, so it reads for colour-blind users.
• Screen reader order is fixed: the verdict first, then what to do, then the detail. Not whatever order the page happens to be built in.
• Keyboard throughout. Paste and press Enter; you never have to touch a mouse. Focus outlines are visible and are never removed.
• Text size controls, and every page stays readable at the largest step.
• Dark mode follows your phone, with a manual switch if your phone setting does not match your preference.
• A high contrast mode, separate from dark mode, for low vision.
• A dyslexia-friendly typeface, as a single toggle.
• Reduced motion is honoured if your device asks for it.
• It works with JavaScript switched off. A plain form returns a real verdict, which keeps the tool usable on locked-down office machines and very old phones.
• It works offline, because the checking runs on your own device.

Still being built

These are specified and not yet finished. They are listed here rather than left unsaid.

• Reading the verdict and the full explanation aloud
• A simpler wording toggle, which rewrites every explanation in shorter sentences
• Senior mode: one switch for the largest text, simplest wording, read aloud and high contrast together
• A one-thing-at-a-time mode, a single question or fact per screen
• A keyboard shortcut panel

If something does not work for you

Please tell us. A report that something is unusable is more useful than any checklist, and it will be treated as a defect rather than a suggestion.
